ONE PIECE U-JOINTS FEATURE ZERO BACKLASH, NO MOVING PARTS

 SANTA MARIA, CA., February 20, 2002 – One piece universal joints from Helical feature zero backlash and can accommodate angular misalignments up to 90°.  Using the HELI-CAL® Flexure concept, the u-joint also compensates for axial and parallel misalignment, while keeping velocity constant.

Because of their one piece, flexure construction, Helical’s u-joints are able to maintain a constant radial load at all points of rotation.  The product does not require lubrication.
