TORSIONALLY STIFF, FLEXIBLE COUPLINGS  

SANTA MARIA, CA., September 18, 2000--X-Series torsionally stiff, flexible couplings are available from Helical Products Co. in outside diameter sizes from 15mm to 50mm, bore diameters from 3.00mm to 22.22mm and torque ratings from 0.30 to 10.0 Nm.  Couplings can be ordered with bores that are either millimeter, inch or a combination of the two.  Especially appropriate for AC and DC servomotor type applications, the X-Series features high torsional stiffness, low radial loads, one-piece integrity, good flexibility and zero backlash.  Accommodates three degrees of angular misalignment.  Excellent, low cost alternative to bellows type couplings.

Keyways are available upon request with large OD models (XCA40, XCA50).  Material is 7075-T6 aluminum.
